Agapi House if offered on a monthly basis. A four month House Building Lease is offered for clients building a house in the area.  To remove any worry about construction delays, the House Building Lease provides for continued occupancy until your house is complete. A Travel Nurse Lease is offered for three months or the duration of your assignment. Other clients will be considered on a case by case basis. For example, one prior client leased Agapi House for four months to have and recuperate from a medical procedure at a nearby hospital.   

Agapi House is currently offered for $2,400.00 per month. 

The Security Deposit is $4,000.00. The Deposit will be refunded within two weeks in the absence of damages outside of normal wear and tear.  

Yes. Gas, electricity, water, sewer and trash are included. Agapi House is heated by gas, has central air conditioning, city water and sewer. Trash and recycling bins are in the 2 car garage, and should be put out at the curb every Sunday. There is a water softener in the basement and a reverse osmosis filtered water system in the kitchen. 

Yes, wi-fi is included. 

Yes, there is a smart flat screen LG TV in the great room, a smart flat screen LG TV in the main bedroom and a small smart flat screen TV in the second bedroom.. 

 No. Netflix and other streaming services must be accessed through wi-fi. Cable can be added for an additional fee.  

 Yes, the laundry room includes a new stainless steel oversized washer and dryer, a laundry tub, a folding area, a drop zone, and storage with laundry and cleaning supplies.   

Agapi House is not suitable for children under five. The pond is approximately 8 feet wide and 3 to 4 feet deep. There is no barrier to prevent a small child from falling in and the slippery sides make climbing out difficult. Consequently, children under five are a hard "no".  

Pets with a history of good temperament and behavior will be considered on a case by case basis. An additional security deposit of $1,000.00 is required for an authorized pet. The pet security deposit will be refunded in the amount of $800.00 if there has been no damage other than ordinary wear and tear. In other words, $200.00 of the pet deposit is nonrefundable.   

Yes. the kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals. There is a stainless steel stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice machine, reverse osmosis water faucet, microwave, trash and recycling bins. A coffee maker and expresso maker are  also included. A full set of white dishes, glasses, pots and pans and everything needed for cooking and baking are included.  The great room cabinet includes bar necessities, wine and cocktail glasses 

Yes. The bedrooms have two sets of sheets and bedding: king, full and twin size. Each bathroom includes soft fluffy towels and paper products.  

Yes. The backyard is fully fenced with a 5 foot wood privacy fence on three sides and a black aluminum fence on the side with the 16 foot evergreen hedge.  A very small animal could get out through the four inch spaced aluminum rails.  

Yes. The private back yard has large trees, shrubs and rose bushes which create a serene backdrop to the bubbling fountain in the pond. French doors in the great room lead one step down to the patio and a screened room. Teak lounge chairs on the patio and the couch, lounge chair and dining area in the screened room allow multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors. Strings of overhead outdoor lights and a the large gas Weber grill make dinner preparation a pleasure.
